We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and successfully deliver various projects for our client.
The person in this role will be responsible for managing communication with internal/external teams and clients, negotiating with clients on various project aspects, including claim management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure smooth and continuous communication between different stakeholders (internal teams, subcontractors, clients, etc.).
- Facilitate collaboration and inter-team problem-solving to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Client Contact and Negotiation
- Negotiate project terms, contractual adjustments, and necessary modifications during the project lifecycle with internal teams.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management
- Plan, supervise, and monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
- Analyze risks and propose solutions to minimize negative impacts.
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Strong skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French/English AND German.
Profile
- Degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage remote teams.
