To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who will further expand our international e-commerce and marketplace strategy.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for the strategic expansion of our brand across international e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The focus of this role is not web design, but growth, negotiation, positioning and performance management across platforms.

Your Responsibilities

Expansion and management of international marketplaces (including Amazon, Zalando, etc.)
Identification and onboarding of new international platforms
Negotiation of listings, marketing packages and promotional placements
Management of Vendor and Seller accounts
Planning and optimization of retail media campaigns (e.g. Amazon Ads)
Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, ranking and sell-out
Optimization of product listings (SEO, content, A+ content, brand stores)
Close collaboration with marketing, sales and external partners
Development of international launch strategies across marketplaces

Your Profile

Several years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
Strong knowledge of Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller Central)
Experience with platforms such as Zalando, Douglas Online, Notino or similar is an advantage
Solid understanding of retail media and performance marketing
Confident use of analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, Helium10, etc.)
Entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style
Fluent in German and English
