Responsabilities:
- Write end-user documentation for new engines as well as update existing documentation, regarding operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Create 2D and 3D images for technical customer documentation, based on CAD data
- Support the creation of spare parts catalogues
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship or higher education in a technical field
- Certified Technical Professional or higher, e.g. design engineer (Konstrukteur EFZ)
- Sound knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably GRIPS
- Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, preferably Siemens TeamCenter
- Basic knowledge of CAD programs, preferably Siemens NX
- Meticulousness, to provide clear user-friendly and correct content
- Proactive self-driven acting
- Organised, able to plan and monitor own work and work of outsourcing partners
