What You Can Expect
The HR Specialist is the point of contact for all operational HR Shared Service topics and is responsible for personnel administration for defined local processes. The HR Specialist supports the global HR model by providing local assistance and referring those involved to the relevant stakeholders. The HR Specialist are involved in local and global projects and actively work on designing/optimising the HR process landscape.
How You'll Create Impact
- Support with on-site HR enquiries relating to inspections and audits
- Providing reports and compiling statistics
- Supporting HRBPs with operational HR issues, the recruitment process (possibly conducting interviews) and organising training courses and workshops as requsted
- Taking on other functions/tasks in the HR Shared Services Team if necessary
- Key role between HR Advisor and HR Coordinator in the HRSS team
- Operational:
- Taking on local administrative tasks and supporting the HR team with all administrative matters when required
- scanning and distributing incoming mail, printing and sending documents, etc.
- Point of contact for local matters relating to the Time & Attendance System
- Invoice Adminstration
- Support local onboarding
- HR - Process management (creation, review and updating) in cooperation with all stakeholders involved in the process
- Support within (international) HR projects
- Processing Tier 2 tickets via ServiceNow
- Close cooperation with and support for the HR Advisor on topics such as benefits, pension provision, process landscape, etc.
- Administration of the internal online learning management system
- Maintenance and updating of HR intranet pages

Your Background
- Completed education in the Commercial sector, possibly with further training as a human resources specialist
- 1-3 years of professional experience in human resources/personnel administration
- Experience with HR systems (HCM) and ticketing systems is an advantage
- Project Management Skills
- Good knowledge of labour and works constitution law is an advantage
Travel Expectations
Based in Winterthur, with 4-5 day a week in the office / Option, 1 day a week work from home
